Take advantage of this helpdesk opportunity providing both hardware and software support for users across multiple disciplines. Work alongside our IT manager and Systems Administrator to expand your knowledge and skillset.

Responsibilities:
Provide end user support for hardware and software.
Troubleshoot/Collaborate with IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.
Maintain and improve end user (employee) application experience.
Assist in implementation of new hardware/software solutions
