Deets Mechanical, headquartered in Seneca, PA, is seeking independent HVAC technicians to complement our installation team. At Deets, we take a people-first approach. Looking for technicians who can provide excellent customer service in addition to expert, quality work.
Duties:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems (boiler experience is a plus)
- Be available for both scheduled jobs during regular business hours and emergency installations on weekends and evenings as needed
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensures installs are done correctly and on time
- Represent Deets in a professional manner through excellent customer service and quality work
- Cross-sell other Deets services as opportunities present themselves
Qualifications:
- Proven record of successful HVAC installations with no or limited customer call-backs
- Proficiency in HVAC/R systems and equipment
- Current EPA certification
- Must carry contractor’s insurance
- Have access to a work vehicle, tools and equipment (Deets will provide all materials)
- Valid PA driver’s license with a willingness to travel
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and work ethic
