Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in MECHANICSBURG, Pennsylvania. This position is with a growing non profit located and servicing the Central PA area. The position is hybrid with a flexible part-time schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action.Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Maintain accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records Process check requests and expense reports on a regular basis Accurately review, code, and process vendor invoices Perform monthly reconciliations Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures Perform data entry associated with accounts payable Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies Audit and process credit card bills Address and respond to vendor inquiries Review all credit balances, refunds, and adjustments, and apply adjustments and/or corrections to corporate billing records.Requirements Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle preferred Familiarity with Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) Knowledge of Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry and Invoice Processing Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
