Answers telephone; transfers calls to appropriate person or department and distributes telephone and/or other messages.Effectively greets and directs visitors.Maintains appropriate files assuring security, confidentiality and timely location of such materials.Performs staff scheduling in an accurate and timely manner and keeps informed of scheduling changes.Inventories and orders office supplies, maintaining appropriate levels.Performs other duties, as assigned.Schedule & PayFull Time Position, 80 hours bi-weeklyHours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm Pay: $21.00/hour
