Description Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a skilled and diligent Bookkeeper to join our efficient finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in general ledger operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to be an essential part of a vibrant team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, including sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries. The ideal candidate will execute day to day bookkeeping and accounting procedures while ensuring the company's financial information is accurate and timely.Key Role & Responsibilities:

Overseeing our financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.

Managing the day to day financial transactions which include expenses, invoices, and receipts.

Execute tasks associated with month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll, and management of journal entries.

Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions by classifying, recording, and summarizing numerical and financial data.

Analyze and review budgets and expenditures, oversee all audits, ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations

Ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in the accounting tasks.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience required including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial report preparation.

Proficient knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with relevant computer software.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a plus.
