Read more about our opportunity below Work you'll do The Functional Tester will assist in the development of major features and implementations, including helping the design of those features. They will be testing, documenting, and helping to ensure successful deployment of code. Reviewing pull requests from other engineers will be commonplace, as will pair programming and other light mentorship duties. Our product and technical leaders collaborate frequently with engineers and will expect them to provide insightful feedback on the process, architecture, implementation, and quality of the product. Finally, troubleshooting issues in a timely manner is critical to ensuring the stability of the platform and our client implementations.Qualifications Required Skills:

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance

3+ years of functional testing experience (UI, UFT)

3+ years' experience with SDLC methodology, process and related procedure

3+ years' experience creating and maintaining test plan documents, test cases for each user story, defect, or incident and capturing information in a tool such as Rational Team Concert

3+ years' experience with Regression Testing

3+ years' experience testing application compliance with security requirements to identify gaps

3+ years of experience capturing test results

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering or business-related field

Must be in your designated office location 10%-30% of each work week

Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do, the clients you serve and industries/sectors you serve.

Must live near, or relocate to, the Lake Mary, FL; Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA areas

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Selenium or other automation tool

Prior professional services or federal consulting experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work with both technical and functional resources

Affinity for learning new technology and create problem solving with it

Well organized and able to work independently

Affinity for learning new programming languages, tools, and applications

Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
