OverviewPosition: Physical Therapist Assistant - LymphedemaLocation: Mechanicsburg, PASchedule: Full time (32 hrs; 40 hr option available)Compensation: Starting at $23.00/hr, experience pendingIncentives: $1k sign on bonusOur Select Physical Therapy center in Mechanicsburg is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed physical therapist assistant with lymphedema interest/experience to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis. Caseload will be primarily lymphedema with ortho backfill as schedule dictates. Lymphedema certification/experience strongly preferred. Have a strong interest in lymphedema but not yet certified? Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
Complete and maintain required trainings
Maintain compliance with government regulations
Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certified
Preferred Qualifications:
Lymphedema certification/experience
Interest in cancer rehabilitation
