We are seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to provide Quality Assurance and advisory oversight to assist our Survey Department in our Mechanicsburg, PA office. This senior oversight role is responsible for reviewing, signing, and sealing survey and right-of-way (ROW) plans, ensure technical quality, and support business development efforts across transportation and land development projects.Key Responsibilities:Mentor and develop the junior survey staff, including field crews and office staff.Assist to establish and maintain department standards, procedures, and QA/QC practices.Provide responsible charge and signing/sealing of survey deliverables.Oversee preparation and review of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, and as-built surveys.Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania standards and client requirements, as well as neighboring states.Coordinate with engineering and environmental teams on multidisciplinary projects.Support PennDOT and municipal project requirements.Assist with proposals, scope development, and fee estimates.Develop and maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
