Lead development teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
Project work will involve updating Java code to eventually utilize a noSQL database like Mongo DB.
This also involves doing current code analysis to understand where code can be optimized.
Candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a new Java-based tax processing system.
Will be responsible for editing existing code and designs as directed by the software architects while working closely with a diverse software development team and directing the activities of junior development staff.
Design, develop and modify software systems and custom components using modern dev stack
Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, confer with users or system engineers
Analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas
Integrate existing software into new or modified systems
Develop and execute test procedures for software components
Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements
Plan, track, manage deliverables on short term sprints, and long-term software deployments

Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
7+yearsoffull stack software development on web and client/server solutions
7+ years of experience with Java, ReactJS, CSS, JavaScript, HTML, MongoDB
Experience developing web applications utilizing Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE), XML, or Web Services at an enterpriselevel
Experience with Spring Framework, JMS, SOAP and REST web services
7+ years of experience working with J2EE Framework components such as Servlets, JSP, JDBC, Logging mechanism (ex. Log4J), Transaction Management and Thread Management
Experience writing SQL/Functions/Procedures in transactional database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
Deep understanding of developing Web-services, HTML UI, CSS and JavaScript
Experience with Eclipse IDE and Spring Framework
Experience with performing code reviews and recommending automated review tools
Must be in your designated office location 10%-30% of each work week
Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do, the clients you serve and industries/sectors you serve.
Must live near the Lake Mary, FL, Gilbert, AZ; or Mechanicsburg, PA areas
