Understand and learn core processes of the business side of an organization, and also understand technology capabilities of underlying systems and look for ways to optimize business processes and functions

Work on tactical configuration in the Workday cloud-based technology package, specifically Workday HCM Time & Absence

Learn to bring effective application knowledge, project management, and delivery approaches to implementation and operations projects

Gain experience configuring functionality to guide client conversations

Develop and present PowerPoint presentations and utilize Microsoft Excel at a high proficiency

4 years of consulting or industry experience delivering Workday HCM solutions

Experience as a functional lead on at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of the Time & Absence module for Workday HCM

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work that you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Bachelor's degree

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The position will mentor and train Auditors and In-Charge Auditors and oversee daily workload of unit team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
