Description We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Mercersburg, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy management across multiple locations. This role is a key contributor to employee retention and engagement, leadership development, and the cultivation of a positive work environment.Responsibilities: Serve as the primary HR contact, offering guidance on HR-related issues, employment law, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with leadership teams to address staffing needs, recruitment strategies, employee development, and workforce planning. Manage employee performance, including coaching, mentoring, and disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws, as well as company policies. Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes. Champion initiatives that foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Lead and manage employee relations issues across all locations, including investigations, dispute resolution, and conflict mediation. Develop strategies to address and resolve performance, disciplinary, and employee relations matters. Analyze data from surveys, exit interviews, and stay interviews to identify trends and implement strategies for improving retention. Drive initiatives that strengthen company culture and improve employee satisfaction, including leadership development, training, and employee engagement programs. Identify training needs and develop programs to support employee growth and development. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and programs to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
