Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The individual will be responsible for cleaning hospital rooms, particularly after patient discharges, ensuring a sanitized environment for incoming patients. This role involves significant walking and requires the candidate to be comfortable being on their feet all day.Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize hospital rooms after patient discharges.
Wipe down equipment and surfaces.
Empty trash bins and sweep floors.
Dust, mop, and clean up spills as needed.
Use hospital-issued iPhones to receive assignments and access cleaning tutorials.
Learn and navigate the hospital's floor plan efficiently.
Work a rotating schedule, including every other weekend and major holidays.
Essential Skills
Experience working with smartphone technology.
Housekeeping, cleaning, and janitorial duties.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
