Product Owner - Sleep & Respiratory Care

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Product Owner to lead the global oversight of our Philips' Sleep & Respiratory Care products. You will work closely with Engineering, Test and Business Stakeholders to manage the development, validation, and general support of our devices and solutions.Your role:

Develop a strong understanding of your users and business needs: gather insights and translate the requirements flow down to Software and system requirements

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.

Defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals to ensure successful delivery of product increments.

Stakeholder management – acts as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding work needed from the team – product requirements, features, updates to build the backlog.

Facilitate task definition and estimation by working closely with software and test teams to lead building, grooming and planning the backlog into sprints.

Long-range planning – develop roadmaps with stakeholders to identify priorities and forecast resource needs based on project, organizational and continuous improvement goals of the organization.

Solve complex problems with our cross-functional experts in engineering, design, quality or regulatory

Iterate quickly on the product and collaborate closely with your stakeholders and be ready to wear multiple hats!

You're the right fit if:

Education: You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent discipline.

Experience: You have more than 8 years of relevant experience in the industry with at least 3 of those years as a PO.

Industry Knowledge: An ideal candidate will have previous experience in both embedded software / testing experience and the medical device industry and knowledge of FDA regulations (e.g. FDA CFR part 820, IEC62304, IEC 81001, etc.)

JIRA Expertise: Proficiency in JIRA administration, including workflow customization, user management, and reporting.

Project Management: You are fully autonomous and have mastered the ideation and development process. You are curious, and you enjoy working in cross-functional teams. You have a strong interest in developing healthcare products.
