The role requires being ready to work in Cross functional / matrix organization, roll up the sleeves and work together with them to develop, test and operationalize a solution as well as ensure its adoption by business. This role provides a unique path to grow as a leader and subject matter expert in supply chain planning, while developing strong business acumen and customer centricity. The role will report to the Supply Planning Leader for Medical DevicesYou are responsible for:

Develop and implement best practices in end-to-end supply chain planning & execution via ERP / systems optimization

Deploy and act as SME owner of supply planning processes

Coordinate with PLDM, IT and GBPO to implement key system deployments/changes to facilitate supply chain planning/execution

Develop and implement processes & systems, to meet the 3 main objectives:

Customer satisfaction and process impact

Successful implementation of process/system by meeting deployment scope, specifications, compliance and schedule

Efficient control and monitor of the process including periodic reviews, deployment / training support, and continuous improvement

Organize the deployments, monitor the process, assess and manage risks, identify and implement corrective actions

Process deployments may include but are not limited to:

a/ Available-to-promise implementation

b/ Network planning parameter management and optimization

c/ Manufacturing sequencing & scheduling

As a change agent in the organization, expectations are also to properly drive the change and secure through strong influencing and convincing skills so that we can get results and challenge the status quo

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor’s Degree

3 plus years’ experience in Supply Chain, IT or related field

Knowledge of SAP and MRP fundamentals

Experience deploying process & system changes

Strong project management skills
