Description We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for our operations in NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial in our organization as it involves a variety of administrative tasks in a financial services setting. This position is fully onsite and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in updating and maintaining customer records Coordinate email correspondence, responding to inquiries promptly Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure smooth operations and avoid conflicts Proactively monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action as necessary Process customer credit applications, ensuring all information is accurate and processed efficiently Assist in the preparation and organization of client meetings, ensuring a polite atmosphere Contribute to the team-oriented environment, demonstrating motivation and professionalism.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with data entry and maintaining databases Strong customer service skills and experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls Ability to effectively manage and schedule appointments Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
