What youll do:Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Global Cloud Infrastructure & Delivery Business OperationsLocation: Hybrid -Newtown SquareExpected start date: November 2024Duration: 6 -12 monthsWorking hours: full time - 40 hrs./week

Support and manage initiatives such as employee experience, business operations, financial management, partner, and vendor management

Participate in Organizational Change Management activities supporting teams throughout cloud transformation challenges as well as the company-wide adoption of cloud infrastructure strategy

Manage content development for various channels and formats (video, newsletter, presentations, MS SharePoint content, etc.)

What you bring:

Experience with storytelling, presentation development, graphic design, video-editing

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Must be able to multi-task and handle more than one project simultaneously, ability to balance workload, and stay organized. Not shy to ask for support when needed

Project management minded, proactive and results-oriented

Ability to work in global teams and hybrid workplace

Sound command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Experience with SharePoint is a plus

Student in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Management

Active student status during the entire internship is required

In particular, the successful candidate will: Manage existing customer relationships including working with the operations team to resolve day to day customer issues, identifying upsell opportunities and performing analytics related to customer performance Source, analyze, perform due diligence and lead negotiations of business acquisition opportunities Identify, analyze &recommend new business opportunities in order to generate additional revenue and maximize utilization of existing manufacturing, storage, terminal and truck loading/unloading facilities.
