You will contribute to SAP's global strategy by supporting our customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise as part of the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team.The RoleAs a Senior Architecture Specialist - Upgrades, you will be responsible for the technical and architectural discussions with the customer, solution roadmap development. You must:

Bring comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools.

Analyze and implement SAP support methodology.

Ability to own, lead and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, process improvements.

Deliver high quality upgrades to ensure stable operations.

Ability to handle system release upgrades and System conversions for different SAP components like S/4 HANA, Business Warehouse, Business Objects.

What you bring

8 years of SAP BASIS administration experience related to upgrades, performance issues and troubleshooting skills.

Strong background in SAP Solutions, products, and technologies.

Experience in technical planning, implementation and configuration for Release upgrade and System conversions.

Deep experience in technical planning, implementation, and configuration for Release, upgrade and System conversions for different SAP components

Troubleshooting skills related to upgrade issues, performance problems at different layers like SAP application & Databases.

Solid understanding as well as experience in SAP HANA.

Good knowledge on S/4HANA architectures and S/4HANA related migration paths and tools

Should have knowledge on upgrade tools like SUM, DMO.

Knowledge across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies would be Plus.

Ability to coordinates delivery and projects in a heterogeneously environment.

Ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team (remote).

Excellent communication both Verbal and Written in English.
