Monday - Friday 8am-7pm
AS NEEDED POSITIONYou qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field/Bachelor's Degree in any field/Bachelors Degree not required
Current First Aid/CPR/AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM, or AFAA certification preferred

Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
Support CFW Culture and initiatives
What skills are required?
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Strong organization skills required
Good working knowledge of computers: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher
Personable; positive attitude
Ability to instruct multiple group exercise formats
