Focusing on the Latin American market, interface with agency, corporate, government, and private customers and vendors on travel needs, problems, requests, changes, and questions. Daily address approximately 500 electronic messages from customers and vendors. Extensively utilize Sabre, Amadeus and KIU Global Distribution Systems. Research, comparison shop, and reserve travel, including flights, hotels, cars, cruises, tours, restaurants, security, and other special reservation requests. Provide troubleshooting and customer service to customers before, during, and after travel is booked. Regularly review airline contracts and apply new rules to agency's offerings. Securely handle confidential customer payment information utilizing Izipay payment system. Provide reports to accounting department regarding daily bookings and transactions. Research new travel trends and technologies and introduce them to team members. Find new and sustainable ways to improve customer's booking and travel experiences and share those with team members.Related experience must include Latin American travel market; Sabre, Amadeus and KIU Global Distribution Systems; review/interpretation of airline contracts; secure handling of confidential customer payment informationusing Izipay payment system.Employer allows nationwide telecommuting.
