Duties and Responsibilities: Filler OperatorFood safety is the responsibility of every employee. Any issues should be brought to the immediate attention of area supervisor or manager.
Must be able to operate the Pouch Filler lines 8 and 10.
Will do periodic weighing of pouches.
Must be able to monitor proper temperature and controls on filler and chiller.
Must be able to monitor transfer functions.
Must be able to change rolls of film and rethread machine as needed.
Issue pouches to orders using assistics.
Operate the efficiency system. (data entry)
Maintain a positive teamwork atmosphere by acting, communicating and helping co-workers.
When carts are filled the pouch filler operator is responsible for reassigning labor to loading area or other area as needed.
Complete daily documentation accurately.
