Job DescriptionSenior Specialist, Ethics & Compliance Office OperationsThis position will report to the Director, Ethics and Compliance Office (ECO) Operations. The Senior Specialist initially will be responsible for evolving and implementing enhanced training compliance reporting capabilities in support of mandatory compliance trainings completion status and providing visibility to line management and ECO teams on completion progress for all Enterprise Mandatory Training (EMT), development and maintenance of corporate compliance goal reporting and supporting evolution of fit for purpose processes and tools.The ECO Operations and Innovation Team provides cross-functional support and uses a collaborative “one team” approach. Each team member has core responsibilities but is expected to assume additional developmental opportunities consistent with their experience and skills which enables individual development, personal growth, and overall effective support by the Operations Team.Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop and maintain compliance training reports and metrics for all EMT and required role specific compliance trainings.

Partner with functional compliance teams to identify opportunities to streamline automated targeted training assignments using existing data sources.

Develop reports for use by compliance teams that identify organization changes impacting course target audiences.

Evolve training remediation procedures designed to improve on time training completion rates.

Support document management system implementation and administration and develop document management reporting capabilities.

Support redesign and maintenance of compliance website including implementation of enhanced policy search capabilities, tracking and reporting site metrics.

Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts to identify efficiencies and compliance program improvements.

Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into compliance program metrics and trends.

Create visualizations that effectively communicate compliance performance indicators to stakeholders.

Develop, enhance, and maintain fit for purpose standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Conduct special projects as identified by ECO Operations management.

Education Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.

Location/Commute:

We offer a Hybrid setup, a combination of 3 days in-office/on-site and 2 days off-site/remote.

This position cannot be 100% remote.

This role is based at our Headquarters site in Upper Gwynedd, PA or Rahway, NJ (with up to 10% travel).

Required Experience and Skills

3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, specifically using Power BI.

Strong project management experience with ability to effectively manage projects and meet deliverables.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Excel) is preferred.

Experience in utilizing data visualization tools to enhance decision-making and present findings in an easily digestible format.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information effectively.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
