Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a Community Manager to join a regional veterinary network, focusing on client acquisition and growth for assigned clinics across the East Coast, particularly in Boston and Hartford. This field-based marketing role blends strategy and hands-on execution to meet measurable growth goals, including acquiring 60 new clients per clinic each month. Success in this role requires creativity, resilience, and the ability to hustle.As the Community Manager, you will serve as the liaison between veterinary clinics and the centralized marketing team, helping clinics implement tailored marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. This role requires hands-on involvement in organizing events, setting up promotional campaigns, and working directly with clinic staff to execute growth plans.
