Job Summary
Kohl Property, a family-owned property company is seeking, a Full or Part time maintenance worker to assist with regular maintenance, care, and repair tasks on company-owned properties. This role requires a mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various tools and equipment to perform repair tasks and will also include landscaping, lawn care and snow removal duties on owned properties.
Responsibilities
Respond to maintenance calls and perform maintenance tasks on residential and commercial properties
Troubleshoot and repair basic systems, such as bathroom and kitchen fixtures
Complete regular maintenance such as water heater draining, painting, and pressure washing
Basic lawncare (operating ride on mower), edging, and landscape maintenance on owned properties
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Follow all safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
Experience and Requirements
Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field is required.
Demonstrated versatility in repair capabilities.
Employee will be expected to use personal vehicle for travel between properties(with mileage reimbursement) or company vehicle when necessary
