Busy State College real estate office is seeking a full-time administrative staff member to manage front desk operations. Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, and above average computer knowledge. Specific job duties include answering phones, patching through calls, calendar management, scheduling of appointments and more. Strong verbal and written skills required. Hourly compensation of $13/hr for hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday; overtime of approximately 2 Saturdays per month also needed (Saturday hours vary from 3 to 6 hours each Saturday).
