This individual is expected to provide exceptional service to the residents along with developing a rapport by being both knowledgeable and friendly. Individual should have strong organizational and communication skills dealing with residents and staff members. Individual must be dependable, self-motivated and have at least, basic mechanical skills. You should also have a positive attitude with a love to problem solve.
