We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our roofing crews on commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on roofing experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage job sites efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Hourly Rate $30-38 (based on experience) with prevailing wage and bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead roofing crews on commercial projects from start to finish
Coordinate daily tasks, assign work, and ensure deadlines are met
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and productivity
Conduct job site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on the job site
Complete daily reports and provide project updates to management
Address and resolve any job site issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in commercial roofing (EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal, etc.)
Previous leadership or foreman experience required
Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, installation methods, and repair techniques
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and climb ladders and scaffolding
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors for extended periods
