We are looking for a Mechanic who wants to work and make some real money!
Small independent shop been in business for over ten years here in Port Matilda PA, the shop is constantly packed. We need help getting all that work done, this isnt a flat rate shop we will gladly pay you for each and every billed hour that you complete - bonus system, meaning if you can do 60 billed hours in one week you will get $5 per hr raise or more. In fact if you can do more than forty I will gladly work out a bonus plan.
We have a great Service writer so you will not have to deal with customers - You concentrate on getting the cars out, we concentrate on keeping you busy! We do not do dealer warranty work, just regular rate work and we pay hourly and guarantee work hours during slow times. We have BENEFITS such as medical compensation, retirement plan, vacation will customize it to your needs. We do not work weekend or evenings, our hours are 8am-5pm M-F

Other responsibilities of the Auto Technician role include:
Examining vehicles to diagnose necessary repairs
Reading the work order and completing all repairs in timely manner
Communicating maintenance needs to Service writer
Notifying Service writer if work cannot be completed as promised
Documenting all work needed/performed clearly and accurately
We do not do shady repairs or services, it's an honest operation

Pay; Starts at $15-$20 per hr depending on your skill. Plus weekly production bonus
Experience: must have
Automotive Technician: 5 years min (professional experience)
Positive attitude and honorable repairs -No BS diagnostics and no drama.
We have all the diagnostic equipment: scan tool, scope, software. You have to supply your own tools.
