CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client is a large-scale and rapidly growing organization that is looking to add an Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk. This company is looking for someone professional who can work on a team just as effectively as they can work independently.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$20/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Applicants for the Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Our client is looking for some previous Excel and data entry experience. A recent graduate, current college student (looking to work over winter break), or a professional with data entry/accounts payable experience would all work well in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DATA ENTRY CLERK:
Entering invoices.
High-volume Excel data entry.
Working with the Accounts Payable team.
Assisting with financial administration.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE DATA ENTRY CLERK:
Accounts payable knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Excel skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree and/or equivalent experience is required.
