Position Description
Position Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent college degree preferred
A minimum of one (1) year experience in book keeping or billing
Experience in using Quickbooks preferred
Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel
Experience in installing Windows Operating Systems and other office programs and troubleshooting a variety of computer issues preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability of multitasking
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Timely processing of company billings and accounts receivables accurately
Assist in biweekly payroll work process as needed
Partake in financial audits, workers compensation audits and other related audits for compliance
Maintains confidentiality regarding all company records
Perform basic office duties
Monitor computer equipment and make necessary adjustments as needed to assure quality performance
Maintain accounting department filing systems in good order and create new files as needed
Other duties as assigned
