Personal Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Bookkeeper to provide dedicated financial support to our family. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management. At the beginning this role will require regular one-on-one meetings. The candidate must have a commitment to maintaining financial confidentiality and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including income, expenses, investments, and assets.

Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and adjust budgets to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met. Provide regular financial reports and analysis to the client.

Expense Management: Ensure all expenses are properly tracked and categorized.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to the client. These reports should be clear and concise, providing insights into the client's financial position.

Client Relationship: Establish a close working relationship with the client. Schedule bi-monthly to discuss financial matters, review progress, and address any concerns.

Confidentiality: Maintain the utmost level of confidentiality and trust in all financial matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proficiency in financial software and tools for budgeting, and reporting. Prefer Quickbooks.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently.

High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
