CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client is a start-up organization with both a North American and International presence in the internet security space. They are looking to add an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst. This company is looking for an experienced professional that can grow within the organization and become a key member of the team. Ideally looking for 3 to 5 years of experience.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$35 – $40/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Senior FP&A Analyst will be a part of the recent and newly developed finance team. Interpreting and analyzing data to create accurate reports and analysis. A strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel use. This Senior FP&A Analyst role will be in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on an analytical skill set.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR FP&A ANALYST:
Analyzing financial data; preparing reports and projections based on this analysis
Coordinating with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts
Retrieving comprehensive financial information and converting it into a pivot table format
Strong PowerPoint skills is a must—can give P&L’s that can be presented to senior level management
Ad-Hoc Analysis skills, creating reports, and researching applicable information/data
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR FP&A ANALYST:
Financial Analyst experience
Ad-Hoc Analysis and Advanced PowerPoint skills
Proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required
