Project Coordinator/Marketing & Salesforce Development

Key Responsibilities:

-Create and design weekly PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and Monday night sessions.

-Produce and distribute weekly bulletins, emails (via Constant Contact), and text communications (via Go High Level).

-Recruit candidates via recruiting sites and coordinate with leadership on hiring needs.

-Assist representatives with hiring, website navigation, technical issues, claim inquiries, and company app usage.

-Host/moderate weekly video calls.

-Coordinate major company events, including tri-annual seasonal Saturday trainings, a 2-day Annual Meeting, and a 4-day Convention.

-Coordinate with Supply Coordinator for the organization events.

-Collaborate with the CEO on high-priority projects, presentations, and ongoing initiatives.

-Provide minor graphic design support for marketing and communication materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

-Proficiency in: Microsoft Suite, Constant Contact, One Call Now, Go High Level, Wondershare, Asana, Monster, Slack, Zoom, Voomly, Eventbrite, WebinarJam, Canva, Adobe and others

-Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities.

-Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.

-Proven ability to solve problems quickly and independently.

-Fast and accurate typing, strong recordkeeping, and attention to detail.

-Comfort working under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

-Multitasking is a requirement
