After Service Specialist (Entry Level Position)

OFFICE HOURS:
Monday through Friday: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
SALARY:
$16.50 PH (After 90 days up to $2.00 pay increase) restrictions apply
$500.00 Sign on Bonus (After 90 days) restrictions apply
POSITION DETAILS
We are growing and are in need of a person to help with our growing client database. This is a new position, that we're excited about. The After Service Specialist, will be directly responsible for contacting our existing clients' to assistant them with any questions they may have with our services, including sending and preparing letters, invoices and other documents. This person will help our current clients' implement our policies and procedures, instruct Clients' on employee training along with meeting with Clients' via video office consultation appointments.
OTHER DUTIES INCLUDE
Respond to customers email inquiries.
Schedule and confirm clients' office appointments.
Contact clients' via phone and email.
Other duties as assigned.
POSITION EXPERIENCE
Ideally this person would be familiar with MS Word
Some higher Education is preferred
Experience with project management or account management
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate with clients' of all levels
Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
Strong writing, phone and presentation skills
