We are currently recruiting for a full time position that is based in Huntingdon Valley, PA. Daily you will be helping a diverse group of individuals find their perfect fit in post mastectomy products. With your excellent communication and listening skills, customer centric philosophy, attention to detail, independent thinking, empathetic understanding, and knowledge of our business, you will be responsible for fitting clients to enhance their self-esteem and get back to fully living their lives. To be successful in this role you MUST have a need to help others.
Your day will include:
-Measuring and fitting clients with care and professionalism.
-Providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
-Maintaining detailed and accurate client records and forms.
-Organizing and maintaining the mastectomy inventory.
-Inputting information and documentation into electronic billing system.
-Contacting clients, via phone, to remind them of appointments and process sales orders.
-Attending events to help educate patients in need.
-Marketing and building relationships with referring physicians, support groups, and nurses.
-Completing all other retail duties that are assigned to you.
You need to:
