Chester Hotel seeking a Full time or Part time Guest service agents for Front Desk. Candidate must be friendly, reliable, professional, with excellent customer service skills. Prior hotel experience preferred , but willing to train the right candidate. Must be flexible and able to work day/evening shifts during the weekday and weekends.
Position: Front Desk Agent
Responsible for the Front Desk Operation, such as phone calls, check-ins, check-outs, reservations, hotel reports handling cash and customer service.
Requirements:
-Must be friendly and enjoy providing good customer service skills.
-Must be able to work both as a team and independently.
-Must be able to take direction very well, think quickly on their feet and handle issues as the arise.
-Must be professional in these areas: dress, behavior, attitude and appearance.
-Must have effective English communication skills. Multilingual is not required but is a plus!
-Must keep a cool and clear head in high pressure situations.
-Must be available on Weekends
