Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for 2 year-old toddlers.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development
- Provide a safe and secure environment for children
- Supervise and engage children in various activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games
- Monitor children's progress and communicate with parents or guardians about their child's development
-Enter daily activities in the parent app.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with toddlers-aged children, preferably in a daycare setting
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies
- Ability to provide age-appropriate care and education for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and the ability to respond to emergencies
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
- A degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred but not required
