Responsibilities:
Execute lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain a respectful atmosphere.
Ensure student safety and well-being during class.
Communicate effectively with students and staff.
Provide feedback to the regular teacher upon their return.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to various classroom settings and student needs.

Qualifications:
Must be reliable and punctual.
College degree preferred, but not required.
Previous experience working with children is a plus.
