Freelance Interior Designer / Draftsperson / Unlicensed Architect
I am seeking a freelance interior design professional, draftsperson, or unlicensed architect to support ongoing residential and commercial projects. Candidates must be located near Doylestown, Easton, or New Hope, PA for occasional in-person meetings and site visits.
Responsibilities:
Prepare design drawings, space plans, and elevations
Create CAD drawings and technical documentation
Assist with materials, fixtures, and finish selections
Contribute to design concepts and presentations
Coordinate with contractors and consultants as needed
Requirements:
Strong CAD drafting skills (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
Proficiency with design software (SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and develop accurate plans
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Previous residential or commercial project experience preferred
Must be willing to attend in-person collaborative meetings as needed
Must be able to drive and travel to project sites when required
Must be located near or willing to join meeting Doylestown, Easton, or New Hope, PA ( will also consider someone outside of Philadelphia )

Freelance Rendering Artist / Visualization Specialist
We are looking for a freelance rendering specialist to produce high-quality visuals for interiors and architecture projects. Candidates must be located near Doylestown, Easton, or New Hope, PA for occasional in-person meetings and site visits.
Responsibilities:
Create photorealistic 3D renderings (interiors, exteriors, and custom furniture)
Translate CAD drawings and design concepts into compelling visuals
Collaborate with design team to effectively communicate design intent
Requirements:
Proficiency with rendering software (3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar)
Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
Familiarity with Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design tools
Ability to deliver polished, realistic renderings on deadline
