Location: Philadelphia, PA Description: Our client is currently seeking a remote Full Stack Developer-Solutions Architect
This is a W2 only role, East Coast preferred.
Responsibilities:
Defines the enterprise solution architecture
Ensures that individual software projects fit within the enterprise architecture
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
Review programming code produced by developers and determine suitability for promotion to staging environment for user and integration testing
Determine when a project is ready for promotion to production
Prepare software release plans and coordinate with department manager
Assist/produce software documentation
Produce design specifications
Review and approve design specifications produced by other team members
Analyze, develop and implement complex programming in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular and jQuery
Analyze, develop and implement complex programming in back-end technologies, including Net, Java and Python
Analyze, develop and implement DBMS technology, including SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB and MySQL
Recommend new technologies, techniques and architectural enhancements to advance the quality and efficiency of software solutions and systems
Maintains software development policies and procedures working with department and executive management
Provides status updates to the Director of Technology
Supports operations by assisting in the resolution of technology and information systems issues
Maintains company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar or equivalent experience
10+ years Software experience
5+ years .Net experience including VB.Net, C#, ASP.NET
Experience with python on unix stack, SQL/NoSQL and AWS services
5+ years mortgage industry experience.
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle
Experience with web services and REST
Strong understanding of relational databases (MSSQL preferred)
