They are searching for an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple teams simultaneously in using Agile and scrum practices.

You should be someone who is highly organized and detail oriented with experience in a Scrum Master or Project Manager role. You will work closely with the Product and Engineering departments to support the evolution of their Agile practices.

This is a full-time, fully remote role offering up to $120k + amazing equity. Now is your chance to work with a local Philly company that is rapidly growing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Project manager role
• Experience in Scrum and other Agile development frameworks
• CSM, PMP, or other similar certifications are a plus

What You Will Be Doing:

• Organize and hold Scrum ceremonies across multiple departments
• Effectively identify and communicate impediments and resolve blocking issues
• Act as point of contract for status, scope and timeline of deliverables
