Discover more about CounselLink online at www.counsellink.com .About the Role The Account Executive is responsible for new business sales of CounselLink ELM & CLM software to Corporate Legal and Legal Operations Departments. Our clients are primarily in the US, but also in Canada and the UK. You will achieve top-line sales and revenue within an assigned territory. You will also establish long-term relationships and offer innovative solutions to potential clients. Responsibilities

Developing and managing a territory plan to capitalize on prospect opportunities and grow the prospecting pipeline.

Developing and maintaining a territory plan to meet top-line sales and revenue goals.

Demonstrating and articulating the ROI of CounselLink products and services to prospects.

Creating targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services

Representing product portfolio through speaking engagements, industry events, and trade shows.

Maintaining awareness of market needs and industry trends to optimize market position.

Developing and tracking pipeline within an assigned territory utilizing CRM (Salesforce.com).

Requirements

Possess significant expertise in enterprise-level sales.

Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client connections.

Have a solid understanding of solution selling value proposition and be able to negotiate effectively.

Possess ELM and/or CLM sales and market cycle.

Be able to work unsupervised and manage time and territory effectively and possess exceptional organization and time management skills.

Be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM applications.

Be able to travel 30-50% of the time.
