The Administrative Director will also ensure that the completion of LDI’s operations are meeting LDI’s strategic goals (set by the Executive Director). Additional duties will include oversight of the LDI budget, oversight of the production of annual reports and other materials for internal and external audiences as needed, including maintaining systems for tracking LDI’s impact and value at the University and nationally, and developing and overseeing strategies for efficient operations and administration at LDI. This position will oversee 5-6 direct reports.The Administrative Director must be detail oriented, excel at problem solving and multi-tasking, and have strong leadership capabilities. The Administrative Director will interact with a variety of faculty members, staff, and students throughout the University and individuals outside the University, so strong interpersonal communication skills are essential. In addition, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, dependability, and attention to detail will be vital to success in the position. The Administrative Director should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.QualificationsBachelor's degree and 5 - 7 years of experience, including management or equivalent combination of education and experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
