The project is for Lucid Group Inc, a leading company in their industry.Key Responsibilities:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Master proficiency in Application Remediation is required.

Expert proficiency in IT Troubleshooting and Engineering Support is recommended.

Develop innovative strategies to improve application remediation processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software issues.

Implement proactive measures to prevent future software problems.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in application support.

Provide technical guidance and support to team member.

Basic Qualification:

Minimum 2 years of Apex Programming Language

Preferred Qualification:

Apex Triggers

Application Remediation

Engineering Support

IT Troubleshooting
