Associate Brand ManagerAbout the Role

Essity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for a Associate Brand Manager who will be accountable for brand building in the U.S. market in line with global brand strategies.The ideal candidate should live in Philadelphia or Charlotte.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. Support orthopedic brand team with local market brand ownership of Actimove® Bracing & Supports and Compression Solutions for the US.

Responsible for healthcare brand P/L, brand building, and profitable market share development

Owns Brand assortment, product management and pricing in line with global guidance

Together with the Brand Manager, supports annual brand plan development including defining brand activation touch points in line with global guidance

Lead combined GtM strategy integrating Compression Solutions into strategic sales channels

Briefs the Activation and Digital Managers and Operations team regarding annual plans

Supports Sr. Brand Manager and National Sales Director on lead team presentations

Owns brand A&P budget, planning and monthly tracking/follow-up and each forecast in liaison with Activation Manager.

Leads Brand & Innovation campaign activation strategy, brand analysis and corrective actions.Who You Are

Bachelors Degree, in marketing preferred

1+ years experience in a Brand Manager role in healthcare preferred

Product Management experience preferred

Strong understanding of ecommerce and selling through Amazon

Strong analytical skills and financial acumen and understanding

Strong communication and collaborative skills

Ability to be flexible and adapt as the business requires.

Ability to set Marketing Plans

Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic
