Posted Date: Jul 15 2024Working as part of the Medical Matrix Team responsible for the medical impact of GSK assets, the Gynecologic Malignancies Associate Director works across the Jemperli and Zejula teams to help execute against the medical plan and contribute to the medical strategy.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to deliver key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:o Plan and execute asset and portfolio-level medical tactics; contribute to medical material development, communication plans, and application of customer insight

o Contribute to the development of US medical strategy and perspective, ensuring medical strategy and plans are aligned with commercial asset strategy where appropriate

o Contribute to the cross-functional Medical Matrix Team

o Integrate the US environment needs and medical voice of customer (patients, providers, payers) into medical affairs strategy.

o Contribute to asset positioning and evidence generation planning with strategic alignment to overall therapeutic portfolio and disease area & considering US payer environment

o Engage with external communities to advance scientific and medical understanding including the appropriate development and use of our medicines, the management of disease, and patient care.

o Work to understand the evolving healthcare environment (provider/expert) and payer landscapes and help to translate that working knowledge into the US medical plan

o Review, synthesize, and analyse clinical trial data and translates data into actionable plans at the product level

o Contribute to product strategy for local Medical Advisory Board and Expert Panel meetings, and US engagement of top US based EEs, and Medical Education & Grants

o Support Medical Information on FAQs and standard response letters, product training, and medicine annual reports

o Follow sound medical governance for all activities

o Accountable for maintaining deep product and disease expertise, including treatment landscape and public health considerations (eg, antimicrobial stewardship and resistance)

o Supports the US Medical Affairs Lead and Medical/Scientific Directors as needed.Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

o Master's Degree, PharmD, PhD, nursing, allied health professional (eg, epidemiology) or other scientific degree

o At least 2-5 years industry experience or strong, directly applicable, clinical background

o Disease area experience and appropriate medical and/or clinical experience.Preferred Qualifications:

o PharmD, PhD

o Medical affairs experience is preferred.

o Ability to influence to deliver results, proactively look for new opportunities and constantly anticipate the need for change.
