We are looking for an Associate Product Managerto join ourFirst to Fileproduct team in the United States. This is an amazing opportunity to shape and influence the future of the First to File product which is an IP-centric document management system that improves our clients' business processes through a central legal trifold based document repository and reduces costs with automated document harvesting and workflows. We are looking for a person who has vast experience in IP, especially in the areas of patent, trademark, and IP-related processes. Additionally, it would be helpful if you have product management experience and/or related management experience with IP products.About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments3+ years of experience in gathering requirements and/or working in close collaboration with customers2+ years of previous experience in a Product Management role and/or similar experience in Intellectual PropertyBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in Intellectual PropertyIt would be great if you had . . .Knowledge and experience in intellectual property and IP-related processesExperience utilizing Jira, Confluence or similar toolsExperience working in an agile environment (e.g., Scrum processes; familiarity with the aim of sprint planning, backlog refinement meetings, etc.)Inquisitive and adaptable nature, passionate for IP, invested in the success of the product, versatile skill set, and likes to work in an agile environment.What will you be doing in this role?Close contact with customers to gather and validate requirements, perform in-depth analysis and understand our customers business needsInvests time to understand the customer and advocates for themShares customer learnings, user stories, and/or case studies to the First to File teamSupporting the ownership of First to File roadmap items, from requirements to deliveryWorks closely with the product leadership to support defining the First to File product strategy, roadmap and prioritiesWorks with the development and product management team to build and maintain the backlogAssists in market discovery and works on research projects to help answer strategic questions through user interviews and/or data analysisAbout the Team

We're looking to bring an enthusiastic Associate Product Manager who will assist in leading theFirst to File developmentteam. The team works in an international environment that consists of Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and the Senior Product Manager, with whom you will be collaborating daily from a remote or US hybrid based office.Hours of WorkThis is a hybrid position working 2-3 days a week in one of our US Clarivate offices, preferably in EST.Full Time, permanent position#LI-LP
