Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking to hire a Business Operations Analyst to support the daily business operations, financial management and strategic vision of our Practice leadership team.This position reports to our Director, Business Operations, will reside in our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.Key responsibilities include:Developing financial and business analyses using Qlik, MS Access, MS Excel, and/or other financial softwareCreating financial and statistical models and other tools to enhance and streamline reporting processesContributing to the annual budget preparation and subsequent quarterly variance reporting and analysisAssisting with inventory management, matter budget development, pricing support and performance analysisProviding support for special projects and initiatives at the request of Practice leadershipExperience and preferred qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related discipline and 1-2 years professional experience with excellent financial and analytical skillsStrong technical skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft productsAttention to detail with accompanying problem-solving skillsQualified candidates must apply online by visiting our website at www.morganlewis.com and selecting "Careers."#LI-Hybrid
