Business Unit: Job Summary:Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to: Monitor and analyze defect status from ALM Octane for deployment purposes
Compile data prior to code releases to show health snapshot to leadership for voting purposes
Assist with developing training courses for updated system functionality
Create communication summaries of new functionality
Develop user stories to help map training needs
Assist with process documentation
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
Major: Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Operations Management
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Effective communicator
Strong interest in the telecommunications, cable and media industries.
Ability to work on a team.
Authorized to work in the United States of America.
