Send out meeting invites and links to clients. Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes. Manage and maintain CRM, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date. Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency. Oversee spreadsheet management to facilitate smooth operations. Liaise with clients via email and phone, ensuring their needs are met and queries are answered promptly. Proactively respond to client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information. Undertake additional client relations tasks and administrative projects as needed.Requirements The ideal Client Experience Representative will have: High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of financial services industry, including regulations, trends and best practices Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data Experience in answering inbound calls promptly and efficiently Ability to assist customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems Proven administrative assistance skills, including filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Expertise in scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively Strong customer service skills, including the ability to interact with clients in a courteous manner Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
