We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Senior Presentations Specialist.As a Content Management Specialist for the Deal Desk, this position will focus on project management related to our document library review cycle. This role will be using a proposal automation system to maintain proposal content in our document library, respond to user feedback, and push routine review cycles. This position requires a strategic thinker who can understand a wide variety of materials and how to manage large projects to completion. This person will work closely with the Deal Desk’s internal quality and content team, stakeholders, corporate and industry marketing groups, salespeople, and subject matter experts across ABM for an integrated approach to Deal Desk deliverables.Benefit Information:ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. Triage user feedback requests daily, address simple items, and escalate as needed

Proactively review content and identify needed updates

Complete scheduled content updates including;

Org charts

Bios and Resumes

Branch Info

Address requests for technology / formatting assistance

Assist on proposal and deliverables quality reviews

Assist with ad hoc proposal automation software training

Maintain and develop associated training materials

Host regular team meetings and recurring monthly training

Perform branding reviews per Style Guide

Format documents in correct style

Review deliverables and documents for branding

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to end with various stakeholders and executives

Self-starter and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative setting

A team player with a strong drive for results

Have the capacity to prioritize projects, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines

Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly innovating environment

Strong record of creating engaging content, a keen eye for design, and a strong sense of visual storytelling. This should be supported by a human-centered creative process and a design-thinking approach to solving problems.

Education:

BA/BS in English, marketing, or business, or related field

Experience:

1-3 years of proposal writing, proposal/bid management, marketing, consulting, and/or business development experience

1-3 years of knowledge/library management experience

Experience with Upland Qvidian proposal automation preferred

Other:

Strong record of effective project management skills including timely delivery

Experience in the facilities management industry a plus

Strong writing, prooing, verbal, and group communications skills

Strong leadership and influencing skills; strong record of successful team relationships, and ability to build credibility and gain confidence quickly with SME’s, and interdepartmental teams

Outstanding conceptual, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Travel requirements: 5% - 10% per year
